Every summer, talented young minds from around the world join Upodd Spark as interns—transforming their holidays into hands-on learning experiences.
They’re not just making reels and posters; they’re learning the nitty-gritty of podcast production, exploring audio editing, and diving into the creative and technical sides of content creation.

From camera handling and lighting basics to mastering editing tools, scriptwriting, and brand storytelling, our interns become well-rounded digital creators.
Some arrive as curious learners—many leave as mini tech geeks, confidently navigating creative software, social media trends, and marketing strategies.
Working across continents, they bring in global energy, youthful ideas, and a fresh digital pulse to our podcasting ecosystem.
At Upodd Spark, we’re building a talent pool that’s future-ready, media-savvy, and passionate about storytelling.

Meet Ayaansh Thapliyal

Ayaansh, a passionate teen with an innate affinity for numbers, theatre, and languages, holds a Trinity certification in communication skills—empowering him to express ideas and emotions with notable clarity and confidence. He began his journey into podcasting at the age of eight, debuting with Culture Gully on Kyaa Matlab, where his calm, authoritative voice brought to life engaging narratives rooted in Indian culture and mythology.

Currently studying at GIS Dubai, Ayaansh has cultivated a deepening interest in theatre and literature, enriching his creative perspective. This artistic grounding seamlessly paved the way for his re‑entry into the world of podcasting. As a Spark Podcaster on the esteemed UPODD platform—a premier Dubai‑based podcast network under the Kyaa Matlab Network umbrella—he is the host of “Small Talks, Big Ideas,” a series offering thoughtful commentary and fresh perspectives on Gen Z experiences.

UPODD Sparks has provided Ayaansh with multifaceted exposure—both in front of the microphone and in production. This comprehensive engagement fuels his ambition and lends renewed purpose to his voice, as he returns to the mic with greater commitment and a refined storytelling craft.
